Movement is good for the mind, and Printworks Manchester is encouraging everyone to move their bodies during Mental Health Awareness Week by hosting a series of free fitness classes underneath Europe’s largest digital ceiling.
From 13th – 17th May, Printworks is set to transform the local community’s lunch break with an exciting collaboration with Nuffield Health, promising a midday fitness fiesta like no other.
For an energising lunchtime boost, fitness classes will be taking place in Printworks pumpyard at 12:30pm on Wednesday 15th and Friday 17th May. Classes will be 30-45 minutes long, giving those with busy schedules the chance to incorporate exercise into their day and raise serotonin levels with some rejuvenating movement!
On Wednesday, a HIITSTEP class is set to raise heart rates and get blood flowing, followed by a Vinyasa Yoga class on Friday to end the week with a burn. Participants do not need to bring any equipment to classes, as this will be provided by Nuffield Health.
The UK’s biggest and most loved Tex-Mex restaurant, Chiquito will also be offering 25% off its nutritious salad bowls after the free classes, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and fully energised for the rest of the day.
Kristian Brennan, Marketing Manager at Printworks, said: “Home to the largest digital ceiling in Europe, Printworks offers a truly immersive experience for visitors, combining stunning visuals and uplifting sounds.
“So we’re delighted to be teaming up with our resident gym, Nuffield Health, to create a series of one-of-a-kind fitness events in honour of Mental Health Awareness Week under our digital ceiling. Get ready for a revolution in your lunchtime routine!”.
These classes will give participants a taster of the wide range of extraordinary fitness options on offer at Nuffield Health. Guests can also take advantage of exclusive discounts for non-members at Printworks during Mental Health Awareness Week.
